Welcome Seniors to our 2024 School Ball!

We invite you to select your Y13 Ball Table Seats

• This is for seat selection only by one nominated student per table.
• The website refers to 'tickets'. One ticket is equivalent to one seat.  
• A maximum of 10 seats per nominated student can be selected at 1 table.
• A minimum of 8 seats per table must be booked.
• Each table has a maximum of 10 seats.

Seat selection will be live from:

5pm Monday 15 April to 5pm Friday 19 April

Please note:

• Once a table is chosen, you will be given 10 minutes to complete the transaction. After 10 minutes the table will free up and you will need to start again
• There are enough tables for all guests, so if there are any issues, these can be addressed at school
• Any double-bookings will result in the automatic cancellation of one table's bookings without notice.
• Every guest's name must be entered.  However only ONE email is required at the top as all seat selection confirmations will be sent to one nominated person. 
• It is important that the nominated person knows the full names of all guests (including the ball partners) otherwise you will be unable to proceed.
